Eight-plus years of hands-on production work across RAC, Data Guard, ASM, and Grid Infrastructure — including Exadata environments. The focus is on documented process over tribal knowledge: every migration, patch cycle and incident gets written down, which is also where Lab content comes from.
Infrastructure and networking — Linux, VMware, Cisco — is handled through a vetted partner team, brought in on a per-project basis. Core database engineering stays in-house.
